Your donations make a vital difference to children in hospital
With your support, we can help provide the best care and make hospital stays as comfortable as possible, for children and their families.
Our Big Appeal for Nottingham Children’s Hospital launched in November 2016. Each year, we raise hundreds of thousands of pounds to support projects at the Children’s Hospital, which would simply not be possible without the generosity of our fundraisers and donors.
Donations to the Big Appeal support all areas of Nottingham Children’s Hospital – including the Neonatal Intensive Care Unit, Paediatric Intensive Care Unit, NUH Youth service, as well as children’s cancer, renal and other children’s wards and areas.
With your support, we have been able to fund vital equipment, facilities and research at the hospital – you can read more about the impact of our Big Appeal here, including our £500,000 refurbishment of parent and family accommodation, and the £1.6 million raised for an intra-operative MRI scanner which is now being used during children’s brain tumour surgery.
Your donations can help provide state-of-the-art medical equipment to aid diagnosis and treatment, refurbishments to make wards more family-focused and child friendly, as well as toys, games and arts and craft materials to help keep patients occupied and make hospital stays less daunting.
During the festive season, you can also give to our Grant a Christmas Wish campaign, where your donations will help provide gifts for children in hospital this Christmas-time.
Please donate today, and help a child during their time in hospital.
