  • Four number match (1 in 823) - £25

Because it’s a number match game, the odds are fixed, and 1 in 63 entries will win every single week. By playing The Big Nottingham Lottery, you'll also be making a real difference to patient care, right here in Nottingham's NHS hospitals.

Frequently Asked Questions

How much could I win?
The top prize is a staggering £25,000! What would you do with the money?
What are the odds?
1 in 63 entries wins a prize every single week! Winners start with a three number match, and range up until a six-number match to win a whopping £25,000.
How do I play?
It’s really easy to play. Just visit our page on the Unity lottery website and start your registration today.
How do I cancel?
If you decide to stop playing, just get in touch with us and we can cancel your subscription.
How are the winning numbers chosen?
The numbers are chosen every Friday, using our Random Number Generator. Because the odds are fixed, you have the same chance of winning every single week.
Can I play more than once?
Yes! You can play as many times as you like, and can have as many 6-digit sequences as you wish.
How do I pay for the lottery?
Our lottery is a subscription-based lottery, and the easiest way to pay is via Direct Debit either monthly, quarterly, bi-annually or annually. You can also pay by debit card online (minimum payment of £13), or offline with a cheque.
How do I claim my prize?
If you are a winner, you will receive a winners’ letter – you don’t have to do anything! Prize payments are paid automatically by cheque or Direct Debit.
Can I choose my numbers?

All numbers are generated automatically – so unfortunately it’s not possible to choose your own. This means that all numbers are unique so only one person can ever win, and no-one has to share the grand prize!

What about Bank Holidays?
Numbers are still drawn on a Friday even if it’s a Bank Holiday. We’ve even had winners on Christmas Day before!
How old do I have to be?
At Nottingham Hospitals Charity, our lottery is open to players over 18 years old.
Does it include gift aid?
We can’t claim Gift Aid on our lottery, but there are plenty of other ways to get involved!
Can I play with cash?
Unfortunately we can’t take cash payments for our lottery – but you can play via Direct Debit, debit card or cheque.
