Activity: Charity information stall at the inclusion conference

Role: You'll need to set up the stall as well as give out Charity information and promote our events. You may not be required to stay the full day.

Volunteers needed: 1

Location: East Midlands Conference Centre

Sunday 19th May
8:30am-3pm

Activity: Robin Run 5K and Family Fund Day event helpers

Role: To help with marshaling around the courses and with activities throughout the day, including face painting and crafts.

Volunteers needed: Unlimited

Location: Sherwood Pines

Sunday 19th May
9am-3pm (exact timings tbc)

Activity: Giant Robin Puppeteers needed at our Robin Run 5k and Family Fun Day. 

Role: Volunteers will need to be physically able to be inside a puppet for approximately one hour at a time. You'll need to interact with the public and fundraisers during the event.

Location: Sherwood Pines

Saturday 13th July
1pm-4pm

Activity: Charity information stall and bucket collection

Role: Volunteers need to hold a stall to help promote Nottingham Hospitals Charity and Nottingham Children's Hospital and assist with the entrance fees into the event.

Location: Rushcliffe Spencer Academy School, West Bridgeford

Sunday 29th September
8am-3pm (exact timings dependent on role)

Activity: Robin Hood Half Marathon Volunteers

Role: Various roles available

• Marshalling around the course, ensuring runners stay on track.
• Being part of the cheer squad, encouraging participants and creating a positive atmosphere.
• Helping out at the race village with registrations and goody bags etc

Volunteers needed: 10+

Location: Victoria Embankment and locations around route

No fixed date opportunity

Activity: The Big Nottingham Lottery distribution

Role: Help distribute leaflets and posters around your local area. For example, on community notice boards, shops and libraries. 

Location: Edwinstowe, Mansfield, Arnold, Sherwood, Wollaton, Clifton, Gedling, Woodthorpe, Bulwell, Hucknall and many others. You tell us where!
