Are you confident in public speaking and enjoy meeting people?

We’re looking for friendly and enthusiastic people who can represent our Charity in the community. Ambassadors need to be comfortable and/or experienced in speaking in public, confident when dealing with people and able to travel around their local area with a large presentation cheque and fundraising materials.

Being an Ambassador with Nottingham Hospitals Charity is ideal for people that are sociable, outgoing, who want to have fun and meet new people whilst doing something worthwhile for their local NHS hospitals. This role would particularly suit people with a personal connection to Nottingham hospitals or those that are looking for a long term, flexible role.

Ambassadors are the public face of our Charity. In this role you could be involved in:

  • Attending cheque presentations on behalf of the charity to officially thank our donors and fundraisers
  • Attending local events to promote awareness of the Charity and our fundraising activities.
  • Promoting Nottingham Hospitals Charity by giving talks and presentations to a range of audiences including local community groups, colleges and schools
