Louise is our Charity Fundraising Manager and is leading the setup of our new charity Hub at the QMC. Here she outlines the new exciting opportunities for volunteers!
I’m really excited to announce a Brand New Charity Hub, opening near the main entrance of Nottingham’s Queen’s Medical Centre in early summer 2019!
The hub will be the face of the Charity where you can find out more about what we do and sign up to take part in our many events.
As part of the Nottingham Hospitals Charity team, you will have the opportunity to welcome patients, visitors, staff and members of the public.
You will also be able to help us sell branded merchandise including hoodies, t-shirts and clothing as well as phone cases, cuddly toys and games.
The sales of these products will help support the hospitals fund improvements for life-saving equipment, Medical Research and Enhanced Facilities.
We are looking for friendly volunteers to greet visitors, serve and assist customers, process sales through the till.
So if you’re enthusiastic, organised, reliable and passionate about supporting your local hospital and community, this is a role for you!
