We're looking for a new Deputy Director of Fundraising Communications to help support our Fundraising and Marketing team. 


This role is a pivotal leadership position within Nottingham Hospitals Charity. You will strategically collaborate with members across the Charity as well as Nottingham hospitals and help manage long-term partnerships with a diverse range of entities, including Hospital Divisions, clinical staff, grant-making foundations, trusts, and private sector partners.

We're looking for a dynamic and strategic individual with expertise in fundraising and marketing, alongside strong leadership in campaign development. 

You'll play an instrumental part in driving income growth, leading and developing fundraising appeals with an emphasis on foundations, trusts, and key income streams; community, staff, corporate, individual giving and legacy giving. Alongside this, you'll provide marketing oversight to all internal and external communications to establish communications  plans for appeals and initiatives. 

Person specification
This role requires a dynamic and determined leader with a keen understanding of fundraising, marketing and partnership development. 

You'll have a track record in fundraising success, especially in foundations and trusts on local, regional and national level, whilst successfully managing a portfolio of funding opportunities from prospect research to grant agreements. Significant number of years in fundraising and extensive knowledge of marketing strategies and campaigns.
