Supporting the health and wellbeing of NUH staff.

  • Rolling programme if under £25,000 and reviewed quarterly if over £25,000

Looking after NHS staff is more important than ever. We know that when staff feel supported, valued, and able to thrive, this has a positive impact on patient care too.

Our Staff wellbeing grant helps fund projects that support the health and wellbeing of staff across Nottingham’s NHS hospitals.

We can support staff wellbeing projects that help people unwind, recover from stress or trauma, and feel more supported at work. This could include wellbeing activities, quiet or rest spaces, peer support, wellbeing programmes, or projects that improve staff morale and create a healthier workplace.

We are looking for projects that make a clear difference to staff and, in turn, help improve the care provided to patients. This could include both smaller ideas that have a quick impact on morale, and larger projects that support staff wellbeing or development across a department or the wider Trust.
