Large grants over £25,000
The Patient Experience Grant supports projects that make time in hospital better for patients, families and carers.
We are especially interested in projects that could make a difference across the Trust and fund ideas that go beyond standard NHS care, such as:
- New or improved services
- Activities for patients
- Support for relatives and carers
- Projects that improve patient wellbeing
- Extra facilities, equipment or comforts
How do I apply?
For funding requests under £25,000 – please use our responsive grants programme application forms.
For funding requests over £25,000 - Applications are submitted through the Charity’s funding process, which is a two-stage process:
1.
Stage 1: Expression of Interest (EOI)
A short outline of your project, including the idea, identified need, and expected improvements to the patient experience.
2.
Stage 2: full application
If your Expression of Interest is successful, you will be invited to submit a full application outlining delivery plans, intended outcomes, costs, and sustainability.
