Welcome to your March update from Nottingham Hospitals Charity, where you can find out how you’re helping children and young people visiting our Emergency Department, and how you can get involved in our fantastic fundraising events this summer.
Thanks to your donations, we’ve been able to fund a new and calming room in the Children’s Emergency Department (ED)
The new patient and visitor welfare room – named the Willow Room – provides a safe and peaceful space for sensitive conversations, including discussions with children and young people about their mental health.
Want to get outdoors and do something fun and active this summer, in aid of a brilliant cause?
You could paddle down the River Trent, abseil down the side of the QMC, run through the streets of Nottingham, or even jump out of a plane! Take on one of our fantastic fundraising events in 2025 and raise money for your chosen area of Nottingham’s NHS hospitals.
Your generous donations have helped bring a smile to the faces of young burns patients at Nottingham Children’s Hospital.
