Read why Dad Andrew took on a cycling challenge to thank the Paediatric Intensive Care Unit for caring for his little girl. Daughter Dottie spent most of her life in hospital after being diagnosed with multiple rare conditions, before sadly passing away just a few days before her first birthday.
Thanks to your donations, we’ve funded some special books to support families going through fertility treatment. The books help prospective parents consider how they can discuss their fertility journey with their families, and their future child if their treatment is successful.
The team from Specsavers HQ in Nottingham have helped fund a special machine to be used in the Radiotherapy department at the City Hospital. They raised money in memory of their colleague’s wife, who was treated in the Radiotherapy department before she sadly passed away.
