Valentine’s Day is a day where we take time to recognise, appreciate and remember the special people in our lives.
Whether that’s a loved one who is close by, or no longer with us; a family member or friend who has helped us through hard times; or someone special who has cared for us throughout the years.
Valentine’s Day is a wonderful time to pay tribute to all those special people who have touched our lives.
That’s why, this Valentine’s Day, we’ve launched an online dedication page where you can pay tribute to a loved one, or to a member of staff at Nottingham’s hospitals who has cared for you or your family.
You can leave your message of love, appreciation or remembrance on our MuchLoved dedication page today, and help share the love with friends, family, and our incredible NHS workers this Valentine’s Day.
It’s free and simple to leave your tribute, and you can share it afterwards with your family and friends. We’ll also be sure to share your messages of thanks with all our colleagues at Nottingham’s hospitals.
