Your local Nottingham A&E department - as seen on Channel 4's '24 Hours in A&E' - needs your help more than ever before.

At QMC Nottingham, our Major Trauma Centre is one of the biggest and busiest in the country, treating people with the most critical conditions. The department sees around 600 people every single day from Nottingham and beyond – that’s almost 220,000 every year.

This year, colleagues at NUH Trust are featured in Channel4’s ’24 Hours in A&E’, which marked its 10th year by relocating outside of London for the first time.

Following the day-to-day lives of our incredible staff in ED, the series has already been such an inspirational look behind the curtain at one of the UK’s busiest A&E departments in the UK.

Our Emergency Department Appeal has been set up to directly support those staff at NUH. Your donation will fund vital state-of-the-art equipment, improve patient facilities and staff support wellbeing packages – specifically for NHS staff and patients in ED.
