Welcome to your August update from Nottingham Hospitals Charity. With the summer months upon us, we’ve funded some special ice creams to help keep older patients properly nourished. Read on to find out more about this project, which has been funded thanks to your donations, along with all our latest news and events.
Thanks to your donations, we’ve funded some special ice creams to keep older patients hydrated and nourished during their time in hospital.
The N-ICE creams were developed by a team at NUH for elderly patients who may struggle to eat, especially in the warmer weather, and are rich in the nutrients they need to aid their recovery.

Take on the 100-foot drop for your chosen area of Nottingham’s hospitals, and take in the breathtaking views from the top.

Eight-year-old Asiyah and her friends have raised £7,500 for Nottingham Children's Hospital, where she’s being treated for acute myeloid leukaemia. Asiyah shared her story, and her thanks to the team who are caring for her.
