Easter Donations at Nottingham Hospitals – How you can help

Every year, we’re incredibly grateful for the generous Easter Egg donations we receive for patients at Nottingham’s hospitals. This year, we’re on a mission to make sure every area - including those that often miss out - gets a little Easter magic. Can you help us?

Ways to Donate and Support:

As well as Easter Egg donations, there are lots of other ways to support Nottingham's NHS Hospitals this Easter.

• Think beyond chocolate: while Easter Eggs are appreciated, many children have dietary needs or are tube-fed, so consider donating toys, books, arts & crafts* or other non-edible gifts. These gifts are perfect alternatives and can be enjoyed by all. 
  
  At Christmas, we had a fantastic response and were able to distribute gifts and items across the hospital, ensuring that patients of all ages benefited, with donations lasting well beyond the festive season.

• Making sure no one misses out: Some areas receive more donations than others, leaving certain wards and patients without. Donating Easter Eggs and other items to us means we can work with all areas of Nottingham's hospitals to ensure items are distributed where they are needed most. 
   
• If your chosen ward or area has already been stocked up, a monetary donation can help us continue supporting areas in need.
  
  Thanks to moneterary donations received at Christmas we've been able to fund monthly animal encounter visits to the Children's Hospital!

• Consider all ages! While Easter is often focused on children, let’s not forget the adult patients who also want to enjoy the season. Treats for older patients, including non-edible gifts, will ensure they’re included in the fun.
   
• Partner with us! Whether you’re an individual, business, or community group, we’d love to hear from you! We encourage partnerships for donations, raffle prizes, and other contributions throughout the year. Your support helps us coordinate donations to ensure we benefit as many patients as possible.
