Frequently Asked Questions

Numbers cost £1 each month and you can purchase a maximum of 10 numbers.

The draw happens on the third Wednesday of the month.

Win up to £5k in our special anniversary prize draw (November 2026), plus £1k, £500 and £250 prizes monthly.

Winners are selected randomly by the hospital charity’s secure system.

If you have already signed up for the Staff Lottery and would like to amend the number of tickets you have purchased you can contact the Nottingham Hospitals Charity fundraising team on hello@nottinghamhospitalscharity.org.uk or 0115 962 7905.

Winners are contacted directly via NHS email. Once all winners have been contacted, the winning numbers are published on the intranet.

Prize payments are paid by bank transfer.
