Pay in your fundraising

Thank you for fundraising for Nottingham Hospitals Charity. You can pay in your donations in one of the following ways. 

Pay in online 

Use our online form to pay in your donations in just a few clicks.

Pay over the phone  

Call us Mon-Fri 9am-5pm on 0115 9627905 to pay by card over the phone.

JustGiving page 

Set up a JustGiving page and collect or pay in your donations to your page, and they’ll be sent to us automatically. If you’re paying in donations made by other people, we can’t claim Gift Aid on these, so make sure not to tick the box for Gift Aid.

Send a cheque  

Make the cheque payable to ‘NUH CHARITY’ and send to FREEPOST NUH CHARITY. Please don’t write anything else on the envelope, and you do not need a stamp.  
Please include a note with your contact information and details of your fundraising.

Pay in cash

Bring your fundraising cash (or cheque) to: 

• City Hospital office: 2 Embley Road, North Road, City Hospital, Nottingham, NG5 1RE  
  Mon-Thurs 9am - 5pm 
  Friday 9am - 4pm
• General Office at QMC, located on B Floor, behind the Pharmacy (Click here for a map of QMC B Floor)  
  Mon-Fri 8am – 4pm

Pay by bank transfer
