Easter Competition
Take part in our Easter Competition for your chance to win a special Easter themed hamper. To take part, follow the following steps;
- Download and print the competition entry (button below) or head over to our Charity Hub at QMC and pick up a printed competition sheet.
- Decorate your easter bunny, the more creative the better!
- Take a photo and send it back to us at hello@nottinghamhospitalscharity.org.uk or pop it in our entry box at the Charity Hub.
Competition closes on Friday 18th April, with the winner being announced shortly afterwards.

- By entering the competition you are agreeing to the terms and conditions
- The competition is run solely by Nottingham Hospitals Charity
- The prize draw is open to participants of all ages
- The prize draw will close on Friday 18th April 2025
- The winner will be contacted via email following the closing date. Should they not respond in 7 days, the second place winner will be contacted
