Easter Competition

Take part in our Easter Competition for your chance to win a special Easter themed hamper. To take part, follow the following steps;

  1. Download and print the competition entry (button below) or head over to our Charity Hub at QMC and pick up a printed competition sheet. 
  2. Decorate your easter bunny, the more creative the better!
  3. Take a photo and send it back to us at hello@nottinghamhospitalscharity.org.uk or pop it in our entry box at the Charity Hub.

Competition closes on Friday 18th April, with the winner being announced shortly afterwards.

Terms and Conditions for Easter Competition

  1. By entering the competition you are agreeing to the terms and conditions
  2. The competition is run solely by Nottingham Hospitals Charity
  3. The prize draw is open to participants of all ages
  4. The prize draw will close on Friday 18th April 2025
  5. The winner will be contacted via email following the closing date. Should they not respond in 7 days, the second place winner will be contacted
