What are your Christmas traditions? Each family has their own way of marking this special time of year – for me, my mum has always given us new pyjamas on Christmas Eve (and still does!), so that we can have a cosy night in with a Christmas film. It’s the little traditions like these which make this time of year so memorable.
When those who are such a part of these memories are sadly no longer with us, it’s important to hold the memories of these special people close to your heart.
This Christmas, we invite you to join people across Nottingham to celebrate and remember loved ones by dedicating a light on one of our Trees of Light, at either the City Hospital or Queen’s Medical Centre in their honour. Your light will represent those treasured memories and the light they brought into your life, shining throughout the Festive season and over the New Year.
By dedicating your light and making a donation to the cause closest to your heart, you also bring light to patients and their families whose lives are touched by Nottingham’s hospitals during the festive period. It’s a remarkable way of honouring these special people and making a difference.
